ITEC Day Celebration 2022 September

On 28th September 2022, CGI Hambantota celebrated the #ITECDay2022 at Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa marking the 58 glorious years of ITEC programme launched by the Govt. of India on 15th Sept 1964. Many ITEC alumni from Southern Province #SriLanka joined the celebration and shared their experiences on how these courses benefited them in their professional career. And improved their job efficiency.

Acting Consul General Mr. Atul Aggarwal delivered the welcome speech. Guest of Honor Mr. Sumith Alahakoon, Chief Secretary, Southern Province an ITEC alumni also shared his thoughts & experience on the occasion. Many distinguished guests such as Mr. A.U Welarathna, Mr. Krishantha Mahendra, Mr. Vidura Kariyawasam Mr. Bimal I De Silva, Ministry Secretaries from various Ministries of Southern Province also graced the occasion.
