2. Any clarifications on this obtained from Ms. Thanuja Gunasekara, Consulate General of India, Hambantota in person or by E-mail at admn.hambantota@mea.gov.in The Bids/Tenders are to be submitted in sealed covers addressed to Consul (AD), 107-B, New Road, Consulate General of India, Hambantota - 82000 up to 3.00 P.M. on 26.10.2022. Bids received without sealed cover or sent by Email shall NOT be entertained. Bids once submitted will not be allowed to be withdrawn for re-submission for any reasons/circumstances.
3. The sealed quotations opening date would be 27th October, 2022 at 10.00 A.M. in presence of the representatives of the bidding company/contractor and will be informed accordingly. The successful party with highest offered price against individual item will be required to make full payment either in cash or cheque in favor of Consulate General of India, Hambantota immediately. In case the highest bidder is unable to deposit the money, the item will be offered for sale to the next highest bidder.
