    The specifications of the required equipment are attached herewith and may also be seen at Consulate General of India, Hambantota website: www.cgihambantota.gov.in. The details and rates shall be sent in sealed cover to the office of the undersigned at No. 107 B, New Road, Hambantota latest by 04th December 2019 at 15:00 Hrs, which shall be opened on 05th December 2019 at 15:00 Hrs by the purchase committee of Consulate General of India, Hambantota duly constituted for the purpose.

    The Consulate reserves the right to accept or reject any of the bid(s). No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

TENDER NOTE

Ref : 2019_MEA_492465_1 (VIDEO CONFERENCING EQUIPMENT)

1. Required quantity : 01 No.

2. Make of the Equipment : Preferably SONY

3. Pre-qualification Criteria : The company must be specifically dealing in electronic equipment for the last 5 years. Company profile (in brief) should be submitted along with the bids.

4. Delivery : Equipment to be delivered to “Consulate General of India, 107B New Road, Hambantota, Sri Lanka”.

5. Warranty : The Video Conferencing equipment should have 01 year warranty from the date of commissioning. During this period any part found defective should be repaired / replaced by the firm free of cost.

6. Commissioning : The firm should depute their competent service engineer for installation.

7. The following publication should be supplied by the firm:

(a) Operation instruction manual;

(b) Warranty certificate

8. After sales and service : In case of breakdown during / after warranty, the manufacturer / authorized dealer shall have capability to repair the equipment.

9. Training : The firm has to provide operators training inside Consulate General of India, Hambantota after commissioning of the equipment.

10. Payment Terms : Full payment shall be made to the firm through cheque after successful commissioning of the Video Conferencing equipment.

11. Bid Submission : Mode of bid submission should be offline. Bids should be sent in sealed covers addressed to “ Vice Consul, Consulate General of India, 107B New Road, Hambantota, Sri Lanka” latest by 04^th December 2019. Bids received without sealed cover or sent by email shall not be considered.
