Assistant High Commissioner of India in Kandy visited Southern and Uva Provinces

PRESS RELEASE
Mr. Dhirendra Singh, Assistant High Commissioner of India in Kandy visited Southern and Uva Provinces during 4-6/12/2020. Accompanied by the Consul General of India, Mr. Dipin, he visited and observed the status and progress of Indian Development Projects in these provinces. He also met with local officials and discussed with them the ways to further improve the execution of Indian Development Projects in these provinces. 2. The Assistant High commissioner also visited the Marketing Village at Kawanthissapura and the Model Village project at Saruderana (Hambantota) which is being constructed with the grant assistance from India.
