Extension Notice: Recruitment for Messenger

This is reference to Advertisement No. Hamb/Admn/578/02/2025 dated 24.12.2025 published on the Consulate’s Website and Local newspapers for recruitment of a suitable candidate for filling up one (1) vacancy of the post of “Messenger” at Consulate General of India, Hambantota.
2. Sri Lankan Nationals aged between 21 and 45 years with minimum Grade 8 qualification can apply. Details of the vacancy and the application form are available Below.
3. The last date for receipt of applications has been extended from 15.01.2026 to 26.01.2025.
4. Interested candidates are requested to download the application form and submit the completed form either by Post, in person, or by email (hoc.hambantota@mea.gov.in) to Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, 107-B, New Road, Hambantota by 26th January, 2026.
