Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha (DBHPS), Chennai Hindi Examination – 2026

The Consulate General of India, Hambantota is inviting applications for Hindi Examination to be conducted by Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Chennai in February – 2026. The Examination will be held in Galle.

Exam schedule :

• - Praveshika, Visharadh poorvardh, Visharadh Uttarardh, Praveen Poorvardh and Praveen Uttarardh : 14.02.2026 & 15.02.2026
• - Prathamic, Madhyama and Rashtrabhasha : 22.02.2026

 Charges for the DBHPS Examination – February 2026

Application form will be accepted only if submitted along with self-attested mark sheet of the previous examination, except Prathamic level. The duly filled application form may be sent to this Consulate latest by Monday, 29th December, 2025 by 4.00 PM by sending an email at pic.hambantota@mea.gov.in. The original application is also required to be sent to Consulate at the following address: PIC Wing, Consulate General of India, 107 – B, New Road, Hambantota. The duly filled application can also be submitted by visiting the Consulate personally between 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM before 29.12.2025.
