Commencement of Hindi language classes at Siri Gnanarathana Pirivena - Galle

On 24 November 2025, the Consulate General of India, Hambantota commenced Hindi language classes at Siri Gnanarathana Pirivena. The initiative aims to promote language learning while fostering deeper cultural understanding and exchange between India and Sri Lanka.
Through these classes, participants will gain insights into Indian language, literature, and culture, strengthening people-to-people connections and enhancing mutual appreciation of the rich heritage shared by both nations.
