Ayurveda Medical Camp at Gonagalapura, Bentota

On 17 December 2025, the Consulate General of India, Hambantota, in collaboration with the Department of Ayurveda, Southern Province, organized an Ayurveda Medical Camp at Gonagalapura, Bentota.
The camp provided free consultations, health check-ups, and medicines to a large number of community members, promoting wellness and holistic healthcare. This initiative brought the benefits of traditional Indian medical practices closer to the people while strengthening cultural and healthcare ties between India and Sri Lanka.
