11th Countdown Event at Ambalantota Therapuththa Maha Vidyalaya

As part of the 11th International Day of Yoga countdown celebrations, the Consulate General of India, Hambantota organized a rejuvenating yoga session on 5 June 2025 at Ambalantota Therapuththa Maha Vidyalaya. This marked the 11th countdown event and the beginning of a 16-day journey towards IDY 2025. Students participated with great enthusiasm, embracing the spirit of yoga through breathing exercises, stretches, and mindfulness.
