Rangoli Competition and Cultural Event at Aliyawatta

 

In continuation of celebrating “Special AKAM Week 2022” Consulate General of India Hambantota organized a Rangoli Competition on 5th February 2022 at Aliyawatta Village in Monaragala District. The competition was organized with the active participation of Aliyawatta local community and winners were awarded with prizes & certificates by Consul General Mr. Dipin P.R.

02.       Parallel to the Rangoli Competition a Cultural event was also organized at the venue. Many talented students from various schools of Monaragala district showcased their talents through various cultural performances.  

03.       The occasion was attended by Additional District Secretary of Monaragala District Mr. K. Prageeth Kulathilaka, Monaralaga District Zonal Education Director Mrs. Sunanda Kumari,  Monaragala Pradeshiya Sabha Council members & many other distinguished guests .
