Study in India Education Fair 2024

The Consulate, in collaboration with the Department of Ayurveda, Southern Province, and EdCIL India Limited, organized a three-day "Study in India" education fair from 9th to 11th August 2024 as part of the Bharat Week Celebration. The event featured major Indian public and private universities, including IIT Madras and IIM Bangalore, and attracted enthusiastic participation from students across the Southern Province. The Consul General attended the inauguration ceremony of the International Ayurveda Symposium and the "Study in India" Education Fair as the Guest of Honor, alongside Mr. Krishantha Mahendra, Secretary of the Southern Provincial Chief Ministry, and Dr. B. Chandrasekhar, Executive Director of EdCIL India Limited, at the Galle Municipal Council Hall.
