High Commissioner's Visit to Southern Province

High Commissioner H.E Gopal Baglay visited Southern Province on 4th November 2022  & inaugurated the newly constructed Sanghawasa and shrine room in Sri Sudharmarama Temple, Galle in the presence of Most Venerable Dodampahala Chandrasiri Thero, Maha Nayake of the Amarapura Nikaya and other venerable monks. Speaking on the occasion, High Commissioner reiterated that the long standing Buddhist ties between India and Sri Lanka has enabled us to support each other during challenging times.
