“INDIA THROUGH SRI LANKAN EYES” at Hiththatiya Raja Maha Viharaya

Consulate General of India, Hambantota organized a Photo Exhibition, “INDIA THROUGH SRI LANKAN EYES” at Hiththatiya Raja Maha Viharaya, Matara, on 1st September 2020. This exhibition was organized on the occasion of Binara Full Moon Poya Day and photographs of many Buddhist temples in India (Dambadiva) were displayed.

Mr. Atul Aggarwal the Vice Consul represented the Consulate General of India, Hambantota.  Ven. Baddegama Vijithasiri Thero and Niyangoda Sangharakkhitha Thero of Hiththatiya Raja Maha Viharaya were also present at the occasion representing the temple. Many People visited the exhibition and they appreciated the efforts made by the Consulate General of India, Hambantota to make Buddhist devotees see these important places of Buddhism through photographs.
